What snowboard related business activites are you involved in? I am a professional snowboard instructor.

Where did you grow up? I grew up in California

Live now? I know live in North Carolina looking to receed back west.

Fave places to ride? Big Bear, Shasta, Wolf luarel,ect.

Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? I normally streach for 5 to 10 minutes each morning before strapping in.

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? In season i am snowboarding everyday with 20 to 25 minute workouts after work. Out of season i normally hike, jog, workout, and also mountain bike.

Fave riding buddies? At the resort i am at now we have a group of about 15 that ride togather at least 10 to 12 times a week.

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? I admire Travis Rice, not only becuase of his sick moves. But the love and passion that he has for snowboarding.

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? I like everyone else have bad days, some days i will be doing crappy in the park and i will get frustrated.
How do you fix it? I will go on some powder runs and just let the snow do its magic.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? When i wake up i get ready for work and visualize how amazing the snow is going to be.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? When i am practicing park i wear a helmet. When i ride all mountain freestyle i wear a backpack with usefull supplies in it.

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? Utah and calorado are amazing. Especially for an upcoming pro like me. but the most amazing place is new zeland.

Have you done well in any contests lately that you want to tell us about? In the past year i have placed second in two local contests. one was slopestyle and the other was a big air comp.

Anything that not many people know about you that you would like to share? Alot of people think they know how much i love snowboarding. But nobody knows, i can not live with out snowboarding.

Encouraging words for beginners? You have to be fearless, but not stupid. Allways wear the right protection and dont be afraid to try new tricks that is the only way you will make it.

Advice you want to share? Snowboarding is a fun sport. If you want to take it farther then just hitting up the mountain a couple times out of the season, then you have to completely focus on your goals.
