Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? I stretch and have some hot chocolate or a Monster.

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? I keep in shape during the season by riding as much as possible. I keep in shape out of season by running or Rock Climbing.

Fave riding buddies? Ashley Mangels,Peter Benchetler or Trevor Pound

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? Anyone that has fun and pushes the limits. Anyone that doesnt let it go to there head.

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? only when im hurt. Because all you think about is snowboarding and you cant go (lol) it sucks.
How do you fix it? Think Positive, you heal better that way.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? yes, just picture it in your head and do it. sometimes i dream about it.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? A helmet if i have to.

If you're pro, when did you decide to “go pro” — and what happened to get you there? Not pro yet but im trying to get there i have alot of work to do.

What have you read, listened to seen that you liked lately? I really like Hollywood Undead right now. I read Transworld and Snowboarder Magazines alot. there cool

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? Oh let me see- California, Nevada,Arizona,Montana and Idaho, Wyoming,Utah ,Colorado, Iowa,New York I think i liked them all but Iowa.

Any guilty pleasures? Peppermint Patties...dude they are awesome!

Have you done well in any contests lately that you want to tell us about? Volcom Peanut Butter and Jelly Rail Jam at Mt. High California 6th Place in 18 and over. I was stoked I dont do many contest so for my 3rd one i was happy.

Anything that not many people know about you that you would like to share? I dont know Im really pickey when it comes to women i dont just hook up with any chick, they have to be worth the time to be with, i think u get more out of a chick that way. Instead of just a one night stand. Call me old fashioned i am not a player.

Encouraging words for beginners? Believe in your self and nothing else matters, dont let anyone put you down and always do what makes you happy. U will get there eventually.
