Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? Yeah... i stretch occasionally

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? I skate... and work out a little

Fave riding buddies? Smuggs crew, and the b-town PTD crew.

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? I admire Travis Parker and Simon chamberlain because they both have good style, and they look like there havin fun.....

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? yeah... when I break boards, or do bad in a contest i bum
How do you fix it? I do better

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? Yeah... I guess I visualize tricks before I do them.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? Helmet, Impact shorts
