Fave places to ride? LAKE LOUISE, BEAR MOUNTAIN, Any backcountry outside Revelstoke BC, Golden BC, or Jasper, AB

Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? I usually drink a Red Bull, have a light jog, Drink Red Bull, Stretch, Drink Red Bull, Practice some Kung Fu, Drink Red Bull... RIDE!

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? Out of season is hard cuz in the summer Im usually pretty haggered, I try to play soccer as well as stick with my martial arts. Skateboarding is also good stuff.

Fave riding buddies? Carter, Benny, Sully, Goldsmith.

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? Trevor Andrew, cuz hes another ripper from Martock, Nova Scotia

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? Yes, when my spins turn into ballet or i cant seem to stick my landings.
How do you fix it? Try again, and again, and again.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? yes, when I have gone off a booter or table many times before I no longer need to speed check and I have the general feel of the jump in my mind. Therefore I can just visualize my hit by remembering the layout of what im hitting.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? Knee Brace(Right Knee), HELMET you have to be stupid already to not wear one...

If you're pro, when did you decide to “go pro” — and what happened to get you there? I worked my ass off, and tried everything I could to get noticed. Looking back I kissed alot of fucking ass and I dont regret any minute of it.

What have you read, listened to seen that you liked lately? The Girls At Diamonds Nightclub in Edmonton, Alberta.

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? Halifax, NS

Any guilty pleasures? Stick to what you love and try to be the best at it.. By best I mean work on it until you are satisfied. Ride with people who are already sponsored or skilled and try to build your own style off of theirs.
