Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? a little i usally stretch my back so if i fall i don't do something weird

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? i jump rope pretty much year around and skate board in the summer

Fave riding buddies? no one really i just ride by myself at my own place

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? jeff green becasue he can get tons of air in the pipe on an alpine board

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? when i fall during a race or miss a gate it especialy gets me bummed
How do you fix it? slow down mabye but thats no fun

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? yeh i visualize the hard turns and what i'll do when i get there

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? i wear a helmet and flexmeter gloves with wrist gaurds specially made for snowboarders so they don't break their growth plates

If you're pro, when did you decide to “go pro” — and what happened to get you there? i'm not

What have you read, listened to seen that you liked lately? i like the new shaun white helmets because their lite an comfy

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? I went to copper and angel fire which were both pretty sweet because it was warmer than vermont

Encouraging words for beginners? don't try to be too good on your first day just follow the instructor's lead and when you're ready take it to the next level
