Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? No choice, I am 26 years old you know.

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? riding every day, and stretch after each day
of hard riding
Gym, Wakeboarding,
Trampoline, Long board,

Fave riding buddies? Marc Andre Tart

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? Marc Andre Tart,
He's a really motivated rider, and that's pump me up.

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? Sometimes, when I
drink the night before.
How do you fix it? Drink 1 beer and bunch of water.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? yes, on a trampoline, spin
a trick and trying to look at different place, or spin it differently.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? Helmet
sometimes, or knee pad for street rails sometimes.

If you're pro, when did you decide to “go pro” — and what happened to get you there? You don't really decide, you just got an offer and here you go.

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? I went to Mt Hood
Timberline with Sunset Films, Its really good summer riding.

Any guilty pleasures? Of course not!

I got 3 rd at the Vail Super Slope Style, And I did the final of the Air and Style in
Europe.
