How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? i try not to eat shitty foods and i run in the summer with my dad

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? i admire anyone who follows there passion and doesnt follow the system of college, work, die....and anyone who gives back to snowboarding also any mountain that stays open untill there is no snow on there mountain
