How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? I skateboard on my mini-pipe, Mountainboarding, The Lake Placid Olympic Pool Jumping Complex

Fave riding buddies? The entire Whiteface crew, and everyone that supports Otis.

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? Not usually, unless its January 40 degrees and no snow.
How do you fix it? I set up a box or two, and find any possible way to get speed to hit it.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? Yah, I visualize all my tricks, work with them on the trampoline, and the Pool Jumping Complex.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? Bern Helmets

Where have you traveled to lately that you like? Well Puerto Rico, but snowboarding related, We migrate to Tuckerman Ravine every spring, its amazing.

Have you done well in any contests lately that you want to tell us about? Yah, Qualifed for the 2007 Nationals in Halfpipe in Slopestyle.

Anything that not many people know about you that you would like to share? I bounce a lot on the trampoline?
