Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? i don't hit anything too big for the first couple runs to warm my body up and check out the features

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? during season, snowboarding is my main source for exercise; in the summer time, i usually come back down to Huntington usually sk8, bmx, or go to the gym

Fave riding buddies? all my buddies at Mountain High and Mammoth which i usually just see up there, it helps a lot to ride with friends to help progress. my buddy Wes used to teach me new tricks all the time but he doesn't really board anymore.

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? Kurt Wastell was always my inspiration in snowboarding and who would inspire me to learn new tricks. he's an awesome snowboarder and a cool guy

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? sometimes if i can't stomp a new trick, but i don't stress too much

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? sometimes i wear a helmet since i've had a few pretty bad concussions but it depends on what kind of riding i'm doing and if i'm feelin it or not
