How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? ride dirt jumps and skate

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? love snowboarding with other people pushing the limit, get me pushing myself

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? when i have a bad day

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? when i am doing anything, just see the trick in my head and do it
