Do you warm up each day before you ride? If so, what do you do to warm up? Every day before riding I stretch all the major leg muscles and upper body. I take a quick warm up run through the park, then shred!

How keep in shape in season? How keep in shape for snowboarding out of season? In season, I ride everyday after school and hike the rails and jumps. I also work out after school in the gym. During off season I continue weight training and biking. I race BMX and ride my road bike almost everywhere.

Fave riding buddies? Levi Hubbell, My bro Max Litwiller, and Brent Burleigh

Who do you admire in snowboarding or outside and why? I admire Simon Chamberlin, because his rail style is unbelievable. He's really smooth and inspires me to learn new tricks or new style.

Do you ever get bummed out about your riding, and why? The only time I get bummed is when i can't get a trick, but I know i can do it. Most of the time i jsut go out and have fun, but if i'm not landing my normal warm up tricks then i'm bummed.
How do you fix it?
I try to analys what i'm doing wrong and figure out what i need to do to correct it. Then i do it.

Do you use visualization, and if so, how? YES! I think it really helps to land tricks. When i'm trying a trick i haven't done before or just a hard trick, i visualize myself doing it. This helps me when figuring out how to take off, land, and everything inbetween.

What safety equipt. do you wear, use for snowboarding? I've worn a helmet ever since i started in 1999 and still do.

Anything that not many people know about you that you would like to share? I've been racing BMX just as long as i have been snowboarding, 7 years.

Encouraging words for beginners? It's always to early to give up. Never give up!

Advice you want to share? Practice makes perfect. If you want to be good, practice different tricks. Warm up with the tricks you know you can do, then try to step it up!
